Summary

A homeowner in Raleigh asked us to repair and update their shingle roof. The existing roof had worn areas, damaged wood, and needed better water control at the edges. Addressing these issues was important to prevent future leaks and keep the house protected.

The Work

Installed Pewter Gray GAF HDZ Architectural shingles with algae protection
Replaced damaged plywood sheeting in multiple sections
Upgraded all necessary trim to durable PVC, including both sides of the second floor
Removed and replaced drip edge on gables, porches, and second floor for improved water management
Cleaned gutters and the property to remove all roofing debris

The Outcome

The new roof now stands up to weather with tough shingles and better flashing. Upgraded trim and fresh plywood have eliminated problem spots. The result is a roof that looks sharp and keeps the home dry. Looking to solve similar roofing issues? Reach out for a straightforward assessment.
